TV Question for Canadians

Could someone in Canada who has cable television turn it on to TBS and tell me if it is still TBS or if it did indeed turn into Peachtree TV or if it is still TBS?

I live in the U.S. and if TBS is Turner Broadcasting System, like it is here, then the channel has been changed. Check your T.V. Guide channel to see what it has been moved to.

Yes, the TBS to which I am referring is the Turner Broadcasting Station.

I think you're also in Atlanta, so you are affected by this, but Atlanta has always received a slightly different version of TBS than the rest of the country. Canada also got the Atlanta version of TBS instead of the version broadcast to the rest of the nation.

However, with the TBS move, the old WTBS transmitter is now being used to broadcast a new, localized, Turner-owned network. Atlanta is now getting the same TBS feed as the rest of the US.

Wikipedia claims that Canada is still receiving the localized Atlanta version, which is now Peachtree TV. I am curious whether or not this is accurate, so I figured I would ask a Canadian.

I'm an Atlantic Canadian, and yes, it is now Peachtree TV.

I'm not loving this.

Not to us Georgians. Peachtree is the name of almost EVERYTHING! Odd, because South Carolina exports the most peaches, not Georgia. And toast is NOT gay!

Tost is gay. Why take something perfect, and burn it? It's just something a homosexual would do: Let's take something great, like sex with a women... and not do it. Same thing goes for toast.
