Another birthday thread!

Post by TheOnlyOneHeFears »

Yes, I'm 17 today (hooray!), which means I can learn to drive (and that's about it :P ) My licence came as well, so I'm good to go.

So far I have received
-A new laptop :D
-£100
-A RATM t-shirt from my brother
-Criminal Minds Series 1 on DVD

As I now have cash, some will go toward the fabled GC HDD, although I'll still have some. So, I want suggestions for PC games which would run on a 1.73Ghz Core 2 Duo, 2gb RAM, Radeon X1700, 160gb HDD laptop

With those specs? I doubt it. I could be wrong though...
Happy birthday both of you!

You are wrong indeed. Note that a speed is not noted at all under recommended requirements. Bioshock clearly takes advantage of both of the cores fully. Although I must say, with sucha good laptop, I would have chipped the extra $200 in for a 2ghz c2d. It has a 4mb L2 instead of 2mb.
BIOSHOCK PC SPECIFICATIONS

Sound Card: 100% direct X 9.0c compatible sound card

Hard disc space: 8GB free space

Recommended System Requirements:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo processor
