Always remember to correctly cite your sources.benol wrote:Thanks for that correction. I will remember to more closely check my grammar in the future. Also, are you a native English speaker? If you are, then there is no excuse for your terrible grasp of the written English language, if you're not, then I apologize.

I am colo<s>u</s>rblind. What is it with all English speaking countries other than the US and putting unnecessary vowels in your words? Examples: Colour, favourite, centre, ect. All of those words are underlined by my spell check, but not yours. Why?Kurt_ wrote:Way to be colourblind/have a really bad monitor Benol! It's underlined in RED!

@Dragon: Go for the psp slim. Its newer, lighter, and just plain better

I agree, the psp slim is quite nice. kinda sad im selling it now. But you wont be able to play any 1.5 homebrew. Just 1.0 and 3.xx homebrew. Team M33 said they are going to try to make 2.00 homebrew compatible with it.minkster wrote:What the hell is wrong with you guys? And its just plain awesome when no one else in school has it either
Yes, and that's under the formalities sections, as is:benol wrote:minkster wrote:What the hell is wrong with you guys? Let the man type the way he wants instead of letting him feel ridiculed. The topic is about psp's, not who uses grammar at its best.

That's the second time I've had to remind you in a day.5. Don't back-seat moderate. The only thing that the moderation can't stand at all besides spambots are those who play moderator. This does not just mean suggesting or reminding other of these rules, but also those who order around moderators by saying "someone lock this" or "move this topic." If you seriously think that you have better judgment than the moderation, you need to rethink your position. We know our jobs, and we will act when it is necessary.

Ah, but you left off the rest of the guideline... Pay attention to the parts in bold:benol wrote:T3h Rul3z wrote:4. Grammar and spelling. So shut up with the grammar ninja BS already. (And don't tell me you think that rule was specifically written against you, because you obviously had no problem with copying the first part.) To be honest you need to brush up on formality #5 as well.T3h Rul3z wrote:4. Grammar and spelling. This does not mean you have to be a perfect typist or an English professor, it just means that you have to be able to type across your ideas so others can understand them. If typing in all lowercase is your thing and occasionally using chat lingo - that's fine. Just as long as you're sure others have no problem with it. Please do not moderate grammar and spelling as if you're a major or something. No one cares how well you can catch other people's errors - and it makes you look arrogant - not worth it!

One question. If it wasn't written specifically against me, then who else was it written for?bicostp wrote:Ah, but you left off the rest of the guideline... Probably for anyone who is as retarded as you with small grammar issues
. I am also thinking about buying it if I get enough money and I would get the new slim and lite even if the homebrew isn't great just yet I'm sure it'll get there as there is a demand for it.
