I didn't put in a controller because, I don't have an extra analog stick, I've had trouble putting in a controller, and I just don't want to do it. Currently it is running of Lipoly for super long gameplay but today, I modded it to run of 6 AA's; they are on the bottom. When I have time I'll post pics of the internals.

What will make this thread far more interesting is if you post some details:

1) the components used (inc 3v converter)
2) how long the AA's work in the system (as you said you are using AA's)
3) why you are using the screen you are using (different to the norm)
4) Expansion pack or jumper pak?
5) pics working
6) problems encountered and how resolved
etc
