homebrew FPS for xbox...

im looking for a few games for xbox...
doom/2
quake/2/3
hexen/2/heretic
duke nukem

any other FPS's from the time...

I already have my xbox softmodded, where do I get these, and how do I get them on xbox?

Not all of them. I'm pretty sure id Software released Doom 1 and the Quake 3 Arena engine under the GPL. (They couldn't release the art and sound, but a bunch of people made their own and packaged it as OpenArena.) You might be able to find Xbox versions of those games, or run them through Xbox Linux.

In any case, those games are either freeware or abandonware. Don't get so uptight. He's not stealing because these games aren't sold anymore. Now, if was asking for a ROM of, say, Halo 2, that would be wrong because that game is still in official, non-free distribution.

And Halo 2 would be an .iso (after converting), not a ROM.
