Ya. Do the mod! I remeber a time this was a small community with everybody being nice. And since the mods are having less time every day for the forum the spambots are invading to! Kill the spammers!

Guys, I emailed Ben about setting up a 301 (moved permanently) redirect in the /phpBB directory. This would automatically send all the old links to the new subdomain, so the old links in posts will still be valid and the spambots will get caught in the filter. He said he'd try to do it sometime this weekend.

This should stop new bots from signing up, but the bots that keep coming back with the same username may have to be banned at the admin panel before they shut up.
