Line through LCD Laptop monitor?!

Hey. Im running windows XP. I have a IBm thinkpad R40.

Something happened one day, and now I have a faint line through my monitor.

Its sorta like this.

Just a little to the left. more, and more faint.

Probably a connection in the lcd. Don't know for sure though.

I had the same thing (in blue) with my SNESp LCD, I dis- and reconnected the ribbon cable, and it was gone. So yeah, probably a loose connection.
