There is one spambot, anson, that really gets on my nerves. It's been here for 4 days and nobody has done anything about it.

EXactly. We've (moderators) noted concern about it days ago, but nothing has been done.

SOLUTION: Make it so that new members have to PM a mod to get posting privileges. Also, delete accounts with no posts that are older than 30 days or so (so that the would-be bots' accounts don't clutter things up).

The spambots are getting through the /phpBB/ directory, as stated 1,000 times before. All we need to do is close up the hole by deleting that subdirectory/forwarding it to forums.benheck.com or apply the spambot prevention modification to the /phpBB/ installation.

All three combined only take about two minutes, but apparently they're too busy for the site they own/control.

Sorry guys, it's just gone too far (it's been months).
