I downloaded Joomla, but I'm a real noob when it comes to open source software.. I have no idea how to install it.

How would I use WordPress? I thought it was a blog...

All I really need is a way to edit HTML files, but save them as .php's without HTML tags being added to the top and bottom.

I thought iFrames were bad somehow!

The PHP idea is working perfectly now, but I just have no way for him to easily edit. I'll try iFrames now though. That's just HTML right?

Anyway, here's what it looks like right now:

EDIT: It still won't let me have two iFrames on one page! What am I doing wrong?

EDIT:

Are you using Dreamweaver? That code is REALLY messy.

If you want a way for Steve to edit it with ease, the only ways are to either use wordpress, or code the whole thing yourself by hand.

I'm really sorry, I'm seriously bad with HTML... What's so messy about it?

I can't get IFrames to work right at all.

Could someone explain how to use Wordpress? It looks really confusing. All I want to do is have a table from somewhere else inside this page and be able to edit the table easily.
