Also, I just looked at that. Digital picture frames CAN NOT be used in a portable. They have integrated screens.

yes but a lot of the digi screens I have seen on shelves have video input as well, at least those at wally world do

Digital picture frames almost always use the cheapest possible LCD's (duh). That means hellish response times. I'd never consider using such a screen in a portable.
