My Imagehost [Online... Again]

Post by Kyo »

Since Imageshack was pissing me off once again (first popups, then its slowness, then the fact that it won't work 50% of the time), I just wrote a quick imagehost script, and uploaded it to the unused domain of a friend.

http://www.leethosting.org/

There. It's a simple imagehost with no feautures or complications whatsoever. It's simple, fast and uncomplicated. And that's all it is. Just right for my needs.

Feel free to use it.

Feedback or suggestions are welcome!

It's not a bug, it's a feauture!

Yeah, I know. I couldn't be bothered to do a proper design, cause this just isn't supposed to be something big. Just usable.

Thanks for this. It will definitely come in handy instead of imageshack.us.

You must use IE. I never have a problem with ImageShack, and haven't seen a banner ad or pop-up in months. :P (Having an account there might help too... I don't know.)

Eh... but logging in? In cases where you're over an instant messenger and you want to quickly show someone a screen shot, I really like using Image Shack. But for everything else it's horrible.

Great website, simple and effective 8)

Nice site. I've already used it for my avatar.

Who hasn't made their own image host? I made a imageshack clone awhile ago, right now it's broken though (I only made it because I was bored, I have others I actually use though :P)

I never said it was hard, cause it isn't. I just made it for me, and offered people who are pissed at imageshack as well to use it.

I have the option checked in Firefox to clear my Private Data every time it closes. Just to be safe :? .
