This is my control setup. It's got 2 8 way joysticks (4 micro switches, though) and 14 buttons. It is wired to a keyboard PCB. That is inside the proejct box.
The project box has copper "staples" sticking out the top, numbered from 1 to 26ish. These are the pins on the keyboard. You can change, add, and remove and buttons, controls, tact switches, or anything else that makes a connection to modify this setup. You can even change the wiring to change the layout, if you can't do that with the software you're using.
An "up close" of the project box. The wires look messy but are grouped nicely so they're very easy to maneuver. Also, 2 of the buttons were painted green with Krylon, to go with my Neo Geo Layout. I can paint some black free of charge if you wish. It looks like it belongs, a truly flawless paint job.
This is tested and ready to use. The wire is high quality and new. The buttons are tested to 1,000,000 presses (not by me) and the joysticks are tough as rock. All you need to do is enclose it, or use as-is on your own arcade cabinet.
Pricing:
I spent $37 for this off eBay, plus $13 for the keyboard. I wired all the controls by hand, as well as the keyboard to the project box on the inside. I am asking $50 shipped, as shipping is $20. Feel free to negotiate lower.
I will also trade for a Hip Gear Screen Pad or a SuperJoy 3 + $20-$30.
