Phoenix Wright! :D

Anyways, as much as I'd like to see that guy get charged with everything he did to everyone, your problem is, for the most part, solved, because by the time he gets out he will forget about you, be 2-5 years behind in school (thus he might not be in the same school as you, if he decides to go back), and he will be scarred for life from being forced to LICK LOLIPOPS in jail. That last one is assuming he's 18+, of course. Because prisoners always obey the law. :)

And nightwheel...WAT DOES THIS THIS MAEN?
(remember that i live in kentuck where there are back road that are are really back roads and i was not even a mile from the small town I live in.)

nightwheel, you make zero sense.

I have somewhat perfected a way to remove the threat of a melee weapon (as in I've never tried it in a real situation). It involves rushing them, wrapping my arm in their armed arm, and ending up right in their face, where I can either manipulate their arm in painful ways, and/or repeatedly bash them in the face. Of course it should only work once against any opponent capable of thought, and it also takes advantage of them by doing what they'd naturally think you wouldn't do (who's going to get close to someone with a weapon?), but if they have and sort of training they should expect it and be able to avoid it in some way. I also have the advantage of being small but strong. I'm ~5' 4", 120lbs. So most people would think I'd be easy to beat, but thats where they're wrong. My dad is ~6' 2", 210lbs (average, pretty much), and we were fighting with a stick (both of us holding it and trying to get it from the other or beat them down, pretty much what'd happen in a movie) and I was almost equal to him. And I never work out, I spend most of my day sitting right here in front of the computer. That'll change though, I'm taking 2 gym classes this semester, right after each other, too, so I'll get 3 hours every other day of working out. I also might do wrestling, but wearing spandex and rolling around with another guy just doesn't appeal to me.

So in conclusion, just practice fighting with your dad or a similarly sized brother. Even if you aren't fighting all out like you would in a real fight, it at least gets you ready (I'm hoping to get in a fight this year at school, but they have to start it for my parents to not get mad).

Now, (asides from nightwheels crap) I'm surprised how serious you guys are handling this. I mean, this is the internet after all. On most forums I would've expected the whole community to make fun of him and possibly throw rocks at him.

That would have been extremely nice, instead of dancing in circles with a plasma pistol against someone with the same and just mashing "f", or being blown away in one shot by the shotgun because the plasma pistol is as good as throwing feathers (at least in my hands).
