Yeah that's me. I bought an xbox just for Halo 2, Panzer Dragoon Orta and Jet set radio future

Someday I'll break down and buy a 360, but I'm waiting untill they're built properly because dealing with Microsoft in a European country other than England is hell. Do you ever play Halo 2 or does the huge amount of poop egress you have to deal with put you off it?

I've actually never played Halo 2. I almost bought it over the weekend. I saw it used for $17, but chose to hold off since I knew BioShock was coming.

I guess I can pick it up one of these days since it seems like there are some people from the forums here that play it.

I suppose it wouldn't be a bad idea to play through it anyway to prepare myself for Halo 3. Will that release prompt you to get a 360?

Halo 2 is definitely worth the money. I got it for 10 my Xbox for 50 and a 1 year live subscription for 20. Europeans hating the Xbox for the win! Halo 3 beta was my initial "this is when I buy a 360" point and then it became when Halo 3 or Bano Kazooie 3 get released and now its just when I can be sure that It won't break. I've noticed that red ring of death reports seem to be less common and if it turns out this new batch of 360's really work long enough I'll probably buy one. The only other problem with the 360 then will be the whole paying roughly 80 bucks per game in Spain.
