Newton 2100 to XP/Linux Connectivity

Post by Sir Games-A-Lot »

I recently scored a Apple Newton 2100 off eBay (no cables included), and I was wondering if anyone knew the simplest way to:

A. Transfer files and Newton applications from my Windows XP + Linux dual boot desktop to the either the Newton's 8mb of internal storage or one of it's linear Flash memory PC Cards.

B. Transfer files contained in the Newton's internal memory or one of it's linear Flash memory PC Cards to my desktop.

PS: Can the 2100 read and/or create plain text files using it's pre-loaded applications?
