PC help ASAP!!! (PLEASE)
ok, for some wierd reason, by computer is only outputting sound from one speaker. even when i plug in headphones, its only one speaker.. and its set for stereo.

Unplug the speakers form your computer and plug them into a CD player or something. If only one speaker works on the CD player, you need to fix or replace your speakers. If they both work, the computer is the problem. Plug a pair of headphones into the speaker jack. If both of the headphones work then something is messed up on your machine. (It might be hardware or software.) Make sure the stereo balance isn't all the way to one side. If there's a headphone jack on the front of your computer, try plugging the headphone or speakers in there. (This will tell if it's just the speaker plug or the sound hardware.)
