get a 360. why do you need a graphics card?

because he wants to max out HL2 Ep2 and play it on his computer, the way that FPSs are meant to be played.

I've never had a problem running an FPS on my 360... Didn't realize FPS games were exclusive to the PC after all this time. My 360 must be magical. Interesting...

Because one of those costs just as much as a good graphics card or an Xbox 360.

He might as well save his pennies. That thing isn't going to get outdated anytime soon. It's a lean, mean, video and music editing machine. Why buy a $200 Graphics Card or a $400 XBox when you can play games and fool around on Jaguar?
