extra terrestrial forces kidnapped them and replaced there bodies with look alikes.
in the year 2082, rock and roll is practically dead, and a combination of new age, punk rock, and rap rise to the top of the charts and there is no rock and roll left. the extra terrestrials bring them back just in time to save them from the evil forces of crappy music and save the music with there revolutionary classic style, with the help of dio, who is immortal and never dies. crappy music is finally destroyed once and for all, and the rest of forever is spent rocking out with dio.
good idea, hey? of course i'd have to work out some differences, like I dont believe that any of them could drum (guess I'll have to wait until lar's dies! jk) and all of them are very different.
