Xp bundle software removal.

I went and deleted MSN mesenger. Then went to delete MSN when I noticed that there was only a shortcut in the MSN folder (located in /program files)

I checked the shortcut and it directs me to folders located in the /windows directory. Is it safe to delete MSN?

The best way is to uninstall it by going Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Windows Components, as just deleting the .exe will not stop Windows from attempting to load it,and there will be needless .dll files left behind.
