Help picking some new headphones!

Post by Dr. KillGood »

I really like the ones right here.

What do you guys think about them? I would like it better if they had a mic but cant have everything. They are JUST out of my price range. So what are your thoughts on them?

I would buy Ben's but I hate USB for headphones.

I have a pair of these. I like them quite a bit (I got them for Xmas), and the folding thing they do is semi-useful. On top of that, they've held up where numerous other sets of headphones of mine have blown out (yes, I know, I'm going to be sucking your tax dollars out of disability one day), and, as far as I know, other people don't hear any bleed-through from them even when I've got the music really blasting (people who take the subway in New York City regularly will appreciate this).

On a completely unrelated topic, a question for my fellow urbanites, dying slowly within from pollution and disillusionment: have you seen these assh*les on the streets, trains, and buses who walk down the street playing music through their God damn cell phones without headphones?

Thirty-two dollars and fifty-four cents at Amazon. Although I have a sensitive enough ear to be annoyed by the iPod's non-existant bass response, I'm not by any means an audiophile that can isolate eighteen different rhythms played simultaneously, or anything like that.
