it look like there is a new motherboard

the connectors for the dvd drive have ben relocated... in that position we dont need to make changes to proper working...

i read that the hardware features a drop in weight from 900 to 600 grams and the system's AC adapter has also dropped from 350 to 250 grams.

for now is on japan... im waithing for his release in usa...

as i have read it is not a new case model... i will came in the same slim design

That must be a new version of the Emotion engine, and where the hell is the RDRAM? at any rate, this is awesome for portableizers.

Its just so amazing how small they make stuff anymore. I still have my original launch ps2 system and compared to that it is super huge.

I never knew PStwo's were so small until I went into a pawn shop the other day, and was like "WTF? that's friggin' small!"
I have a fat PS2 with a dying/dirty laser, I'd like to upgrade some day, especially with this lighter model out.
