Did a quick google (for you

). I didn't turn up much, but I did find some obscure company called 'Aeroflex' that makes a part called the '4407'. It looks like it has more pins though. Datasheets for it are hard to find...

Could it be Asus? Like old mid 90's Asus? I can't find any of the logos that they would have put on their chips though. Grr. Sorry.

It looks like anarchy, but I think Aeroflex is right. Asus has a different logo altogether (from what I recall).
