My computer has a problem. It won't let games or app go to full screen mode(the only exception is the epsxe playstation emulator I got). I started having this problem tuesday late night or early wensday morning. We hade a wired and sudden power outtage that caused the power to flick on and off very fast for about 7 secs and then power went off.
How can I fix this problem with out getting a new video card? Or am I going to have to get a new video card for my computer?
My computer can no longer play most computer games now!

Did you want me to disconect every thing inside the computer. Or everthing conected to outside of my computer. Because I only disconected everthing that was conected on the outside. But if if that was the stuff you wanted me to disconect. Then no it still won't let me play games. Even my HP games would not go to full screen mode. But my apps work. I forgot to check to see if they did not work before I posted this. Im posting this post from from this computer
