Nintendo OA owns a MLB team, they are called the Mariners.
I just found this out because I was reading a news artical on the Wii`s news channel about Nintendo trying to get a program going for MLB games to where you download the program onto a DS at the game and use it to order food, play trivia and some other stuff, and its beleaved to have been influenced cause they own the Mariners, just read the article for yourself if you have a Wii to read more about it.
I didnt, but I read in "the ultimate history of video games" that they were offered some baseball team in the 90's that was FS and refused. Great book.
They are the Seattle Mariners, thank you very much.
My team. XD
Although, they lose all of the time and everyone loses faith in them every season, I still love them (In a friend sort of way).
The first DS is fine. The 2nd DS has all the problems with broken hinges and screens so bright it could replace the lighting in my entire house with one screen. But still, the DS itself is a great, unique invention.
The first game boy was even better, at the time. It sold gazillions. And it had an infinite battery life. I swear. I never changed the batteries once. After it died, you turn it off for a couple second, turn it back on, and you got another half hour.

The heck? The GBO was a screw-up? It seems to me that you are missing the "GameCube" on that list. Nintendo manages to screw up something in every generation, though.
I heard they made it to tide them over until they finished the Wii.
Nintendo has its flaws. Sony has its flaws. Microsoft has its flaws. Every system is the best is one's perspective, and the worst in another's. Can we stop the fanboyist hate now?
