OH MAN NO! URGENT READ!

I can't get my cube to boot! NOOO! I snapped the bottom ports off that I didn't need and now it won't work! I did everything carefully and didn't break the board! I have everything connected properly (i think). Please tell me what I should check or do! The fan is running and the led blinks when I turn it on then the led goes off and the fan whirs away!

Dude. You dont need to make multiple threads. Also, this belongs in the gamecube/wii/xbox/ps2/ps3/360 forum.

I don't think so. I just clamped onto the ports and gently popped them off. I heard a little noise and the metal and plastic came off leaving a series of metal strips. I then ripped those strips off...what else could I have done to it?
