Just a side note, the site also has a NOAC on there that I have made a portable out of in the past. It may be a different revision of Super Joy 3 but that's the one I got a year ago, worked fine.

This is kinda off topic, but anyways. So can the super sonic gold play games when the cart slot is attached?

Has it been done already? I searched but havent been able to come up with a definite answer.

Sorry, have no idea if they ship worldwide. All I know is that they are based out of california. Best bet would be to email them.
