how much is a portable xbox worth?

How much do you guys think a xbox laptop with the works (15" or 17" screen, keyboard, controller ports, dvd drive, hd drive, softmod, etc) would run for?

I'd say about $600-$800 - no reason for much more.

Depending on the quality and hd size, I'd say about $400-800. $400 if its the original hd and it looks like its some kind of sick spawn from the abyss, $800 if it has a nice size hd and it looks better than Microsoft could do (something like Ben's).

And why not get a modchip for it, the one vb recommended to me is about $15 shipped, I'm getting 2 in the near future, one for my family's Xbox and one for the Xbox I'm buying from my friend. Then if the old 80GB hd from our computer still works, I'll put it into mine, and we'll buy a 160 or 320GB for the family one.

You can't ever go wrong without a Xbox Modchip, Xbox's are no fun without them. I bet if you don't fry anything or screw something up you could get away with $600

Speaking of Modchips, I should order my Wiikey soon...
