One-Handed Controller. Benheck Competition #2!
One handed controller it is!
Now for some rules:
You will have until August 10th to submit your controller. Any entries later than this date will not be included in the poll. NO exceptions. This creates a fair poll where everyone has the option of choosing from the exact same choices. Entries are to be submitted in a separate thread, which will be created by the first person to submit their entry, and hopefully temporarily stickied so other people submitting don't miss it. The title should be obvious, like "Benheck One-Handed Controller Submission Thread." It fits in the subject bar, by the way.
The type of controller does not matter. It must be functional, but if you absolutely can NOT make it work and are short for time, it must LOOK functional, as nobody will actually check for functionality.
Controllers could be made for either hand, some variety would be nice. Or at least mirror your image so we think it's variety! C'mon, left handed controllers! Woot!
No other rules. Make a one-handed controller that works! It can be as big as you want, too! I may or may not be participating. I'll see.
----------------------
Original Thread:
It's been a while since the bondo contest. I say we have another one. Here's two ideas that I'm just throwing out there, these aren't final options:
1) A NOAC + a screen:
You can do anything you want with it. The only rule is that the final product must have a NOAC and screen. No batteries or anything else required.
2) A dimension:
I give you a dimension, like this: 2-4 inches deep, 3-6 inches wide, and 4-12 inches long.
With this dimension, you use your imagination to make the best item. Possibly, the final product must fit into a theme category.
Suggestions? Ideas?

I've started a NOAC portable, so I'd like that. But the one handed controller could be fun.
Cadis cadum edit: When are the majority of us going to use a one handed controller??

Indeed it does sound good. But what about war wound? Two handed, four-fingered controllers!

As for Metroid WiiCannon, I may make one in the future, but first I need a Wii! It will be so pimped!

So thats fine?vskid wrote:Can it be missing a few buttons if they are not widely used (ie: d-pad on N64)?
Incase no one has guessed yet, I plan on making a one handed N64 controller, minus the d-pad if its ok with the rules. Don't be expecting anything great looking, but it should be fairly usable.
