Is is possible to take a picture of an entire web page (not just whats on the monitor)?

Either take multiple screenshots and stitch them together, or use a program that interprets the HTML and makes an image of it (usually won't work with flash/java/javascript)

I guess stitching could work.

So on a PC, is there not anything like on a Mac, where when you print, it gives you the option to save it as a PDF? And if not, isn't there any kind of add-on or something? It seems like a rather simple feature!

there's print to file, as well as many apps that convert print output to pdf.
