At first its a fireball, then it turns into an energy beam, which took longest to make, cause I had to redraw it into diagonal.

Yeah its like DBZ.

I love Photoshop Elements, but I haven't been able to use it much after going to Linux. There's something about the Gimp I don't care for much.
