GameCube stopped working HELP!

Ok I have a platinum gamecube, which has the built in power regulator.
The only things I did to it was removing the extentions, wiring direct av to my screen and chopping up the controller board. It was working perfectly yesterday, but when I tested it this morning it wouldn't turn on or give even a flicker on the screen.
How can I fix it!

I really can't afford a new cube right now and I am so close to finishing.

Did you let any boards lay on carpet? Take some pictures, maybe something is touching.

nothing is touching i have checked a lot.

My camera is broken so I can't get pics, but i will try.

Is there anything that might fix it though?

Have you checked the power supply to make sure everything is getting power?

I have wall power plugged in so it gets the 12 volts, but since the power regulator board is built in i can't tell where to check the seperate voltages created from it.

Have you tried a different outlet?

Have you tried a different power cord?

Try unplugging it, and plugging it back in. Make sure theres nothing bridged.

the cord and plug is fine because I checked It with my multimeter.

It GC just won't work

Did you ever drop or chip the Gamecube recently? Anything that may of gave it a shock from impact?

Use the multimeter. Seriously. It could have fried. (wall plug)

Ok i have been trying and trying, and I think I know what happened.

Somehow the positive and negative got reversed before I turned it on.

I didn't relize untill now.

And now when I put it back to normal it still doesn't work.

Is it a GC power brick?

Can I fix it still?

I feel so stupid right now.
