My computer has master and slave hard drives. If I were to put Ubuntu server edition running on the slave drive, would it work like a normal server?
Would I choose which OS to run when I boot? Thanks for your help.
Why is it that every time I post in a thread, it dies?

if you set up the boot manager correctly, then you can boot off the second drive, and ubuntu will run with whatever you install on it
