So, Does Anyone Have One of Those Tempur-Pedic Beds?

I have one of those pillows, and it is pretty comfortable when used in conjuction with a regular mattress, but when I was shopping around for a mattress last year and tried out one of the full-blown beds, it was pretty uncomfortable. Did I miss something? Is there some particular way you're supposed to lay on it? Or are my vertebrate too toughened for anything softer then a wooden board due to my toned, sexy core? (Sorry, I couldn't sleep last night and channel thirty-seven had a three hour infomercial for something called an "Ab Lounge". I didn't really want it, but I did feel compelled by it to waste copious amounts of money I don't have, so I bought an iPhone today.

)

Sidenote: Six hundred dollars is too much for a video game console that borders on being a supercomputer and is one of the cheapest players of the leading next generation movie format on the market, but five hundred dollars is a reasonable price for a phone?

P. S. - I am actually serious as far as my questions concerning the space bed are concerned.

Nah. I dont think you missed anything. A few years ago I tested out one of those beds in the store, it was uncomfortable and too firm form my liking.

Personally I like just regular "plain Jane" mattresses. They seem to due the best. Besides if you do get a new fangled mattress you'll be uncomfortable when sleeping on other beds.

Side Note:Do you like the iPhone? Or do you think a 360 and a cheaper phone will do?

Or replace "360" with "PS3".

I really like that memory foam stuff (if that's what we're even talking about?), not the full blown mattresses but the material in general, and the pillows. I just want a big brick of it.

BTW Ecksem Diem, is that Nic Cage as Fu Manchu from Grindhouse I see? I'm jealous!

I have both a mattress and a pillow of the "tempur-material", but they're of a different brand called Ergotemp. Don't really know what to say about them, they're comfy!

[off topic]I hope the iPhone crashes and burns. Apple has gotten too cocky and deserves a failure. I mean, they say that all you can do on Windows is office stuff, but you can edit movies and listen to music on a Mac. But look at the amount of commercial games for Windows and then compare that number to the amount for OSX. And the ipod, biggest POS, my PSP's screen is almost the same size as a whole video ipod and gets better battery life when playing movies, and it has games, too. The only way ipod beats PSP is memory.[/off topic]

I love my mattress. Its a normal one, but its new and I think it has something that prevents sagging. Pillowtop mattresses are like sleeping in heaven. But the best value are air mattresses. You can make it as firm or soft as you want, just don't get a leak.

i hate apples rediculous marketing! and the fact that you are basically paying a premium price for a lower case I is rediculous. the iphone looks like a decent peice of hardware but it isnt jesus christ in phone form! big deal a touchscreen phone that cost almost as much as PS3!
