Lol. Now I feel stupid. I searched EVERYTHING but that.

You are going to put one of the OE-X firmwares on it, right?

quick question: By the psp has to be at 75% battery power, does it mean it HAS to be EXACTLY 75%, or can it be between 75% and 100%?

Are you kidding me!?

It can be 75% to 100% Even Below 75% if you hold a button combination. Either way, make sure the charger is plugged in.

Did you move the Data.dxr file from the oeupdatemaker folder to the oeflasher folder?

If you did the above and it still doesn't work, then do you have a TA082 or higher? If you don't, I'll make the data.dxr file for you.

No. It didn't say that in the instructions!

This is a tutorial that I originally wrote but Adiuvo adapted it for 3.40 OE-A.

Find a download that already has the the data.dxr made, its a heck of a lot easier.
The only site I know that has such a download also has enough pirated stuff to get me banned if linked.
I used a pre-made data.dxr install, and my PSP works fine (3.40OE-A), using it now, in fact.

Other than that, qj.net is the first and foremost place to get the latest in homebrew stuff for the PSP and other systems.

It's not safe to use other people's data.dxar files on your PSP. When compiled, there are certain files that go into that file meant for that specific PSP Model.

I wouldn't use a TA-082 data.dxar on a TA-079 PSP, it could brick it.

That is actually untrue. I have used the same exact DATA.DXAR's on different PSP's and all have flashed successfully.

The only thing different on the TA-082 is the region number in the idstorage. A little corruption of that value, and 1.50 is able to be ran.
