Portable Sega CDX

Post by fool »

Has anyone tried to make a Portable Sega/Sega CD out of the Sega CDX system that came out? I would be very interested in seeing some pictures of there system if they have.

Is that Popful Mail Game that you have on the screen good? I was thinking about buying it but I didn't know much about it. Also how long is the battery life on that system?

It's actually SegaSonicFan. Close, but not quite.

oh, and Popful Mail is definitely very good. It has a lot of wit and and an excellent story line. I'm not a fan of RPGs, but as Platformer RPGs go, Popful Mail is the best one of ever played. Next to Sonic CD as the best Sega CD game.

Your portable is so very good :o :o :o

Would you sell it, still, I'm not too sure if I'd want to buy it because I live in England and only have PAL games.

heh, thanks.
Well, I love the system to death and it took me 10 months to build. So I wouldn't consider selling it for anything under $1000...I love it too much.

FYI, it does play PAL, JAP, and USA games...so you being in england and having Mega Drive games isn't even a problem. It will play PAL 32X Games, PAL SMS Games, PAL Genesis/Mega Drive games, and even PAL Sega CD games if you convert the ISO on your computer (I can tell you how, it's easy). This is the first CDX I know of that is import compatible...I think I was the first person to find the region jumpers...
