Im gonna try to cart mod a sonic super gold radica, wish me luck as this will be my 3rd attempt at a radica cart mod. One thing though, I was looking at the mobo today and I noticed something about the hc174, it looks like they built in a devestar mod, there is a cap on the hc that connects pin 1 and pin 8 and pin 18 is connected to the end of c31 that you are suppose to connect pin 9 to in the devstar mod, anybody have any clues about this
