laptop drive/ other drive in dreamcast?

Post by firevolvix »

i want to have a slot in drive in my dreamcast,

is it by any chance possible to use a slim laptop drive in exchange for the original gd-rom drive? i dont mind if i cant use original gd-roms anymore.
just cd-r's would be fine, if not possible in any other way!

or, apart from a laptop drive, any other drive? or mods to the original gd-rom drive so it can be used as slot in?

thank you in advance!
