CNC case materials?

I'm making my own CNC case for a project so I don't have ben's book to answer this question.

What do I use for the front plate (the piece where you see the screen and the buttons poke throught)? Is it just plain engraving plastic?

What do I use for the 1/4" side walls?

Yes, I do believe it is just 1/16" thick engraving plastic.

I think for the walls, Ben uses a solid, thick piece of plastic, then uses the CNC to rout out the interior, and the shape. Then the front and back plates are just engraving plastic. Then IIRC, he glues in some screw posts into the body portion.

If you need plastic for the top or bottom plates, I have the perfect stuff for sale in the Trading Post. They come in 2'x4' sheets and I'm probably selling them for $15 per sheet plus shipping.
