I have this car i want to model
I have this design for a car that I want to model in 3d, does anyone do 3d modeling/cad type stuff, if they do could you tell me a good, simple, EASY FOR NOOBS, 3d modeler, I have tried blender and cant get it to do what I want. I need something that I can put mspaint pictures in 3 axis positions and use them for a guide to the 3d modeling.

You can get a free trial of Milkshape and you can do that. You can also download the Personal Learning Edition of Maya free of charge from their website. It's a complicated program though, with a HIGH learning curve. If you're up to the challenge though, then go for it! Anim8or might be able to do what you want, but not very high quality.

Ok so here is my opinion
Sketch up = bad (the free trial you can't render stuff so it looks bad, and if you make really complicated stuff it really slows down)
Maya = bad (it's not a bad program, it was actually used to make "The Incredibles". It's costs ten's of thousands of dollars to buy and it'll prob. be to much for someone that isn't going to be using it everyday for a living)
Anim8or = bad (it's a great program but remember that it's free. It's not very powerful and you don't get very good results from your renders.)
I personally use Lightwave 9. The student edition is only a couple hundred bucks and its a pretty powerful program (was used to make Unreal Tournament) I don't have much experience with any other programs besides the ones that I have listed but I like Lightwave a lot. It isn't extremely hard to use but I would have to say that if you want good results you'll probably have to do some tutorials.
