could i take a screen of a portabvle tv? like this one

or a similar portable tv without the stereo. also my brother has a old gba. would that screen work?

No you dont want that. Reasons:
Its black and white
Its CRT not LCD (that means its not thin)
And the most important reason of all, its a Barbie ! Hononstly who would want to walk around with that? Even if its only to the cashier, then your car then to the house.

um, yes, actually

......all you'd need is a GBA AV in adapter, although there are better screens out there than the GBA one....

yeah, I'd say go with a a psone screen, hip gear screen, or pocket tv.......perhaps gannon/B6 should make a stickied thread listing the best screens for portables with links to what they look like, so that we don't get the same questions about which screens to use all the time

No the screen takes a composite video input so just about every sytem under the sun will work. You can also buy any of the three versions (Gamecube, PS2 or Xbox) your just taking the screen.

Also so you dont have to worry the screen is indenpendent of the controller so just open the controller case just the wires, read the guide about wiring up the screen to work and your should be find.
