And to prove your "Has no life" theory wrong, I played WoW and then i stopped for 3 months and just recently (as in like 2 days ago) started to play again with a nice 100 Gold
Does anyone play WoW?

Has anyone ever bought Gold from those Sites before? I did (8 bucks for 100 Gold) and it actually worked. I got it 1 hour later

Well I have to agree with some people that the game does get boring when it's only you playing. If you have a few people to run around with then it's never as boring. Prime example would be with my hunter, I have to do quests in instances and unless I get help I can't do them and so if I can't do them I can't finish any quests. See boring.
Harshboy, if you want I'll turn my AIM on tomorrow and you can tell me if you want to game a little. I have to say though that I'm a Horde person I don't know jack about Alliance quests or areas.
I'd also like to say that if you get a chance check out ventrilo, It's a nice voice chat that my guild picked up and it's make explaining things easier then typing them out. Course you have to deal with "Microsoft Sam" voice annoyingly announcing everyone that come on the server and when they change channels.

Ok to people who are concerned about your pc: Don't worry, WoW can run on older hardware. I think it requires an 800mhz processor, 512mb of RAM, 32mb video card, and a CD drive. See? Very little.
I'd love to play it more but I'd rather buy other things with $15 a month. I don't know, I might pick it up again.

Yep. I know because for awhile I played it on my HP. Specs are:Felino wrote:Min sys reqs are usually just enough to display the menu.
AMD Athlon64 2.0GHz (2.0GHz FSB)
512MB Ram
ATI Radeon Mobility 200M
This computer was dog slow and laggy as hell. After upping the ram to 1.25GB it's a hell of a lot smoother, the only thing that causes lag is that WoW reads off the hard drive and so slows down. Kind of wish I could use an external hard drive but I don't think USB 2.0 is fast enough and I don't have the docking station for my laptop.

My laptop has a 4-pin Firewire 400 port, and I have a PCMCIA, and a PCI-e card slot. I could set up my 300GB hard drive to use Firewire and see if it's fast enough, but I'm not sure if it would be enough. USB 2.0 and Firewire 400 are very close in performance, so I'm still unsure if it will keep up with how fast my hard drive reads.Felino wrote:Firewire? You have PCMICA?

I'm a Horde person too, but I know my way around (Plus I know of an add-on for WoW that shows all of the undiscovered areas tooSparkfist wrote:Harshboy, if you want I'll turn my AIM on tomorrow and you can tell me if you want to game a little.
