WTB/WTTF 3rings of death Xbox 360.

I'm looking for a 3 rings of deathed 360. I want to pay below $75 shipped, but I could trade stuff to offset that if you like. I have a custom painted metallic red Gamecube that is fair game. I also could negotiate a trade for a black DSlite that has literally only been used twice. It's still on the charge that it had from the factory.
I also have a custom painted dream cast with one controller and a memory card.
