My finished Ondago! screen

Here it is! In all it's silver painted glory!

On the back you can see a 9 pin plug, thats what I'm gonna use to connect it to all my portables.
Heres how its wired:
(looking at it from the outside)

I used a special kind of velcro (well not really velcro more like a bunch of interconnecting plastic balls) from radioshack to replace the screws. I love that stuff! It can be used over and over and it wont wear out like velcro. It can also be painted :)

I cant wait to finish my new portable so you guys can see how cool the screen looks on it :D

Theres only one thing I dont like about it, the screen is too dark even with brightness turned up all the way. I'm thinkin of doing ben's brightness mod. Has anybody used it? Does it have any side affects? Can you still adjust the brightness?

I assum you mean sweet, not sweat! :P If this makes you sweat you migh need some help....
It's aluminum silver, the exact same color as the DS :)
I didnt use the flash on the first two pics thats why it looks gold. Cruddy lighting.

The screen has quite a history: my friend opened it up becuase the hinge screwpost broke. Then when he couldnt fix it, I bought it and he had to find all the pieces from all over his house. Then I found that the case was trashed, I bought a replacement from Ben, it was the case for the screen he used for his PS2p :shock: When the case arrived it also had broken screwposts so I figured that I had to replace the screpost with screws and nuts, and melt them woith a soldering iron till they were flush.
The case was also missing screws (even though ben said it had all the screws :? ) so I had to root through a bunch of screws in the garage to find some that were the same. The I just cut it up with my dremel and painted it. I didnt know how to wire the speakers, cause my friend ripped off the wires, luckily HK-47 showed a pic that helped me out :)
I also desoldered the PS AV plugs and wired a 9 pin connector up. Then I hot glued everything and put it together adn it worked! :D

Wow! That was a lot longer than I meant it to be....
