Level 12 right now, I'll let you know when I quit.

Some of these are pretty neat, I liked the Base64 in number 9.

EDIT: Gannonbanned, if your friend doesn't get number 10, tell him to add an s in front of the password he has.

the pass for level 2 is clearly "131", is it not?
