PDA Problem

Well i got a Pda off some guy and it had built in wifi but it was playing around with it and it wasn't working its a Hp ipaq h4100. But the wifi wasn't working , it had worked for him but was not working for me .So i thought 2 birds one stone i would update the bios and everything. I went to the site and download everything. So i was updating it and then bam it came up with an error and my screen got stuck at the same screen it was on while it was ' updating' it said i had to Hard reset it but it didn't do anything just came back to the screen which says ' 1.05h' and below it '1.02' and it has the Hp logo in the middle. anyone have any ideas? and yes i had the right updateing files, i dunno what happneed
