Sounds like the hardest part is sticking the picture to the board
If you wanted to be different (he says jovially)
you could use a hornet (or large wasp) as a "buzzer", pin it to a board, wire up an electric shock to it to make it "buzz" at will (sort of). Might take a few experiments to see how much voltage you need to make it react, rather than frying!

Ahh , so that's what you mean. I did a project like that, but without a buzzer. I printed out two of THIS Image.
Then , I stuck one to the piece of wood and drilled two holes where the head lights are. After this , I removed the image and stuck the fresh one on in its place, so where the headlights are there is holes behind them . From there , I just installed the LED's behind the headlights and when I turned it on they glowed up! Amazing!
