Need some opinions on my site design

Well, I've bought the domain, and webspace, and am now in need of some visitor feedback. http://www.theblowinggamer.com Let me know what you think about the site design and thanks to Skyone for helping me out with some of the code. BTW Skyone, I've figured out how to do it, so I won't be bugging you anytime soon

I like it! A lot! It's got that retro-casual look, and I can tell it'll have great contents.

Awesome! Very cool layout, I like it a lot. Though ya know what would be really cool? If you designed a custom NES game label as a template for your main page, and placed your updates, links, etc. within that, so it looks like your website is actually an NES game.

If anything, it could be wider. you might have some trouble if all you can work with is 600 or so pixels wide...

If you look at the project pages, I have them layed out differently. Anything with a lot of writing, will be designed differently. The nes cart will be for the main pages.

The text runs off the label on the right side. Using firefox. Other than that the layout looks great. I am still getting the layout on my site down.

I may start a benheck homepage type blog thing. As for writers, maybe in the future, for now it is meant to be a personal site.

And what are you talking about it being down? The site, or my signature?

To be honest. I don't like it. It will get annoying after a while, make this page 400px wide and see how it goes for 10 min. Dead loss, trust me.

Nice idea though.

ED: You need to learn how to resize images, not just scale them, 56k nightmare.

ED: And change the titals of the pages, index doesn't look good.
