Tigerdirect didn't send one of my friends his product, then blamed it on him and said something about his credit card, which worked fine after and before this transaction (I don't have the full story, but i believe they even threatened a lawsuit

). I've never tried them because of this, but Newegg is awsome and you could also check out geeks.com for better deals.
