Okay, here's the deal...
First of all, it's not banned from XboxLive, for all those wondering...
BUT!!!!
The thing apparently does have some problems...
It plays fine. Runs well, doesn't overheat...
But after about an hour, the thing just shuts down...
Just, dies...
I've called Microsoft's crappy automated support line, which didn't help at all; I've also checked forums n' such and no luck...
So hey, maybe you can fix it or something, but I don't plan to.
If worst comes to worse I'll throw it away, I mean, hey, it was free...

No Hard drive!

Wired Controller.

360, A/V Cords, Power Cords, Wired Controller.

Gamestop offered $190, but the thing doesn't have all the "stickers" and "tags" required to trade it in...

Any takers?

If it's banned from XBL does that mean you can't play games on it at all(Like the PSP won't let you play certain games without certain firmware)? Or just can't play on XBL?

If you just can't play on XBL that doesn't matter. I'm just curious if it's that 3 ring error. Did anyone call dibs on it yet?

Well, I updated the first post...
Turns out the thing isn't working "perfectly".
No it's not banned from XBL...
It just quits after about an hour...

Yeah i would not even bother with Microsoft's support line. Some Pakistan guy was on there that could hardly speak English when i called their once. It was horrendous.

Ok now insert the EEXbox into thee computor. Is what the guy said he had no idea what he was talking about.

I desperatly need a 360. (For portable purposes and because of Saints row)

Just a few questions:

1) After it shuts down is there some type of wait time before it will turn on again? Or can I just turn it immediatly back on after it shuts off?

2) How much is it? Since it has an error, I'd only offer you like $50ish CAD.

lol way to lowball him man 50CAD is 46usd and shipping from usa to canada for something like that would probably be 20usd.

It shuts down, and usually can't be turned on for about 3 hours, from my few tests.

Someone has already offered me $100 usd, so that's pretty much the minimum.... for now!

I could try to get one off ebay, but shipping takes too long, money clearance takes too long, refunding is a hassel, and last minute bidwars make me mad.

Maybe its your powerbrick (The power adapter).

Try phoning microsoft again, and talk to a representative.
