I have recently come upon a source in my area of the perfect vacuum forming plastic. It is a little thinner than the .080 Styrene, but much more durable and stronger than styrene. It is a white acrylic designed for light panels. Anyway, its perfect for anyone who wants to do some vacuum forming for their portable. I was just wondering, if anyone would be interested in it if I was to make a purchase. I could get it to you for around $15/sheet + shipping.
Let me know if there would be an interest for it and I'll go pick some up.

According to thewiki about it, it has a melting point of 130-140°C (265-285°F). As for the malleable point, i'm not sure. I'm guessing its before the melting point
*BUMP* I need to know if anyone else is interested, so I can know if I should pick a bunch of sheets up. Oh, and The Blowing Gamer is now online. Of course, all there is on the pages is Under Construction images
